As a licensed professional, you will utilize your skills to deliver high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while fostering a welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm for the beauty industry and dedication to client satisfaction will drive success in this fast-paced, vibrant setting. Duties Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations using techniques such as Clipper cuts and men's and women's hairstyling Utilize salon software systems like Vagaro to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently. Offer expert advice on hair care and styling to meet individual client needs and preferences. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations. Engage with clients through effective communication skills, understanding their desires and providing personalized recommendations for products and services. Upsell retail products such as hair care items and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; experience working in the beauty industry is highly preferred. Proficiency with salon management software such as Vagaro or similar platforms. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients. Experience with retail upselling strategies and client communication to enhance service offerings.
