Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive experience. Upsell retail products such as hair care items, cosmetics, and accessories to boost sales while educating clients on product benefits. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, processing payments, and handling inquiries professionally. Stay current with industry trends by attending training sessions on new techniques. Collaborate to meet sales goals and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of state regulations. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong skills in hair styling, coloring, and customer service. Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Ability to communicate effectively with clientele to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
