Provide expert nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas according to health regulations. Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products aligned with clients' preferences and skin/hair types. Upsell retail products related to hair care, skincare, and nail supplies to boost client satisfaction and store sales. Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service to ensure repeat business and positive reviews. Requirements Valid cosmetology license . Proven experience with color theory, hair styling techniques, and nail care procedures. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment. Familiarity with advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy and dermabrasion is a plus. Ability to perform hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and barbering services effectively. Strong retail sales skills with an understanding of retail math for upselling products efficiently. Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals.
