In this energetic role, you will support stylists by preparing clients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth salon operations. Duties Assist stylists with shampooing, conditioning, and scalp treatments using professional techniques and products. Prepare clients for their appointments by ensuring comfort and explaining procedures clearly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all salon tools, stations, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Support store management with inventory checks, product restocking, and retail displays. Engage with clients through friendly communication, offering product recommendations and upselling hair care or nail care services when appropriate. Assist with hair styling, coloring preparations, or hair extensions under supervision to expand your skills. Experience Previous experience working in the beauty industry or a customer service environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with hair care techniques including shampooing, conditioning, hair coloring, styling, and hair extensions. Basic understanding of sanitation standards and cosmetology practices. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Experience with retail math for upselling products confidently and accurately.
