As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of hair services while ensuring a positive experience for each client. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior stylists and contribute to the overall growth of our salon. Responsibilities Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best options. Engage in upselling of salon services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the styling area, tools, and equipment. Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts when appropriate. Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with hair styling and barbering. Familiarity with color theory and its application in various hair coloring techniques. Experience in retail sales is preferred to effectively promote salon products. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. A valid cosmetology license is required; additional certifications in specialized techniques are a plus.
