Duties Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and appointment scheduling using salon software. Prepare workstations by sanitizing tools, chairs, and work areas in accordance with sanitation standards Support stylists with hair care services including hair coloring, hair extensions, hair styling Assist with retail sales through upselling products Maintain cleanliness of the salon environment by disinfecting tools, sweeping floors, and organizing supplies regularly Manage client communication to ensure a positive experience, including answering questions about services or products Support store management with inventory tracking and replenishing supplies as needed Skills Must have a NJ Cosmetology Licence Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to connect effectively with clients Experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology background preferred but not required Understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff This role is ideal for energetic professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about growing !
