Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude with all guests and team members. Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner. Experienced licensed Cosmetologist with a depth of education and service experience. Participate in a learning environment, which maximizes productivity, skill, development and associate retention via ongoing educational workshops. The ability to understand all Salon & Spa services, treatments, and be able to explain each in a clear, precise manner. Suggests tailored/customizable salon services to each client and upsell services. Demonstrates respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' and associates' needs in a professional manner. To provide information about the Salon & Spa and its services, treatments and concepts as well as pricing, as requested. Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy Respond to guest requests immediately, accurately, and appropriately Understand the importance of and committed to continuing education Perform other tasks assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager. Ability to provide services and skills across any citywide property location. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules, weekends, and holidays to reflect the needs of the facility Must be 18 years of age or older Required to have Nevada Cosmetologist license. Two years of work experience preferred at a high end or resort style salon or spa preferred Warm, enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal and guest/ associate relations. Flexible schedule. Expectations include excellent hair cutting, coloring, styling, updos, makeup application, and manicure/ pedicure skills. Acrylic or Gel nail application and aesthetic skills including facials, waxing, body wraps and scrubs is a plus. Must be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printer, multi touch tone phones, filing cabinet, fax machines, photocopiers and other office equipment. Understand and follow Blood Born Pathogen procedures Excellent, reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Must be able to lift 15lbs Must be able to stand up to 9 hours per day Length of time of these tasks may vary Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening, hearing ability and visual acuity.
