Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and client focused Scalp Therapist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone interested in scalp health, relaxation treatments, and providing an elevated spa experience.

Compensation:

Starting pay: $16/hour 10% commission on service add-ons 10% commission on retail sales 10% Package sales

Responsibilities:

Perform scalp treatments and relaxation services Educate clients on scalp health and at-home care Recommend and upsell add-on services and retail products Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized experiences

Qualifications:

Cosmetology Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in scalp care, wellness, and beauty services Willingness to learn and grow with training provided
