Mentor junior team members in techniques like hair threading, barbering with straight razors, and advanced styling methods. Manage store operations including inventory management of hair products and salon supplies. Foster excellent client communication by listening attentively and providing personalized recommendations for hair care and styling. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or barbering certification as required by local regulations.
