This position offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity, refine your skills, and grow within a vibrant, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, and special occasion styles using advanced techniques. Perform hair coloring, highlighting, balayage, and other color treatments based on client preferences and color theory principles. Conduct consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable styles or treatments, and educate on hair care routines. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following strict sanitation protocols for safety and hygiene. Upsell retail products like hair care items, and accessories to meet client needs while boosting revenue. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair threading, barbering, or advanced styling to foster skill development. Skills Extensive knowledge of hair styling techniques for all hair types with a flair for creative looks. Proficiency in hair coloring techniques including color theory application for vibrant or subtle results. Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and collaborate with team members. Proven ability in retail sales and upselling strategies to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Pay:
$150.00 - $200.00 per day
