Covrix is a fast-growing men's grooming brand helping men instantly improve the appearance of thinning hair, receding hairlines and patchy areas. We are expanding into barbershops and looking for an outgoing, self-motivated sales representative to introduce Covrix to barbers throughout New York City. This is a field-sales opportunity—not a desk job. You will visit barbershops, demonstrate the product, build relationships with barbers and open new wholesale accounts within your assigned territory. What You'll Do Visit barbershops throughout your assigned territory. Introduce barbers and shop owners to Covrix. Perform simple, hands-on product demonstrations. Explain wholesale pricing, profit potential and ordering options. Open new wholesale accounts and generate purchase orders. Follow up with existing accounts to encourage reorders. Maintain accurate records of visits, leads and orders. Represent Covrix at approved barber shows, trade shows and industry events. Share feedback from barbers and customers with the Covrix team. Compensation This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. Earn 12% commission on opening orders from accounts you personally acquire. Earn 8% commission on qualifying reorders from accounts you continue to service. Commissions are paid monthly on collected net sales. Additional performance incentives and territory exclusivity may become available. There is no cap on commissions. The more active wholesale accounts you open and maintain, the more you can earn. Exact earnings will depend on sales performance and account reorder activity. What We Provide An assigned geographic sales territory. Product samples and demonstration materials. Who We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Are confident walking into barbershops and starting conversations. Have experience in outside sales, barbering, beauty distribution or men's grooming. Can build genuine relationships with barbers and shop owners. Are comfortable demonstrating a physical product. Are organized and consistent with follow-ups. Are self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule. Have reliable transportation and can travel locally. Have a smartphone and can report sales activity consistently. Existing relationships within the barber community are strongly preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience Outside sales:

1 year Barber, beauty or grooming industry: 1 year Commission-based sales Business-to-business sales Trade-show or event sales Relevant experience is helpful, but attitude, consistency and the ability to connect with barbers matter most. Territory and Schedule This is a field-based role within an assigned New York City territory. Representatives begin with a 90-day, non-exclusive trial territory. High-performing representatives may earn conditional exclusivity based on new accounts, collected wholesale revenue and ongoing account activity. Independent representatives manage their own schedules. Regular weekday field activity is expected because most barbershop visits take place during normal business hours. Important Details This is an independent contractor position, not a salaried employee role. Compensation is commission-only. Representatives are responsible for routine local transportation expenses. Covrix fulfills orders and collects payment directly from wholesale customers. Commissions become payable after Covrix receives payment for an eligible order. Existing Covrix accounts, online sales and national accounts are excluded unless assigned in writing.
