In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Duties Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client's client satisfaction Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon policies Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing check-in/check-out procedures, and answering inquiries Educate clients on hair care routines, product recommendations, and upselling retail items to boost sales Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of haircutting,coloring Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members Knowledge of sanitation practices and store management procedures to ensure a safe environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Capable of multitasking at the front desk while delivering high-quality work Must be reliable ,on time availible Saturdays and able to cover shifts when needed
