• Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality blow dry styling services tailored to each client's needs.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to spa standards.
• Stay updated with the latest blow dry techniques, trends, and products.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a harmonious and positive spa environment.

• Requirements:

• Must have a VALID New York State cosmetology LICENSE.
• Reliable and responsible
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Hair Blow Dry Stylist.
• Strong technical skills in blow drying and styling.
• Exceptional Team work ethic
• Warm, friendly customer service
• Professional and clear communication skills
• Can-do attitude and fast learner.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Experience working in a high-end salon or spa environment is a plus.
• Compensation and benefits:
• $17.50 /hr + 10% commission off all blow outs, treatments and retail sales
• BONUS if you have experience with make up application
