Responsibilities Assist senior stylists with hair treatments, blowouts, and styling services to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction Perform hair extensions application, eyelash extensions, and hair threading with precision and care Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling using salon software , greeting clients warmly, and handling retail sales with upselling techniques Support store management by organizing retail inventory, assisting with merchandising, and executing retail math calculations for sales targets Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice on hair care products, and fostering a positive salon experience Mentor new team members in hair styling techniques, sanitation protocols, and customer interaction to promote team growth Skills Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring (color theory knowledge), and finishing touches Experience with hair extensions application, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and barbering skills preferred Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards within the salon environment Ability to perform retail sales confidently through upselling and retail math understanding Basic store management skills including inventory organization and front desk operations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their cosmetology or barbering expertise while delivering outstanding service.
