What You'll Do Deliver exceptional shampoo and blow-dry services. Collaborate with our colorists to create seamless guest experiences. Anticipate guest needs and provide elevated, personalized service. Recommend salon services and professional home-care products. Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready salon environment. Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and daily salon operations. Serve refreshments and provide thoughtful chair-side hospitality. Maintain accurate guest records and uphold all sanitation standards. Participate in team meetings, education, and ongoing professional development.
