Responsibilities Assist stylists with various tasks such as shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying hair. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including workstations and common areas. Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries. Support retail sales by promoting products and assisting clients in selecting appropriate items. Help with inventory management and restocking of supplies. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere. Requirements Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
