We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and reliable Salon Assistant to join our team! This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and wants to gain hands-on experience while working in a positive, fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide excellent customer service Shampoo and condition clients' hair Prepare clients for stylists Mix color and assist with color applications (if licensed/permitted) Keep styling stations clean and organized Sweep hair, sanitize tools, and maintain salon cleanliness Wash and fold towels Stock products and salon supplies Assist stylists throughout the day as needed Help with front desk duties, including answering phones and scheduling appointments

Qualifications:

Cosmetology student or licensed cosmetologist preferred (or willingness to learn) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly, professional, and team-oriented Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and punctuality
