Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations. Use salon software like Boulevard to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline daily operations efficiently. Engage with clients through effective communication about service options, retail products, and upselling opportunities to boost sales. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing walk-ins, and handling retail sales to ensure smooth salon operations. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in barbering, color theory, and advanced styling techniques to foster a collaborative environment. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry. Proficiency in salon software such as Boulevard for appointment booking and client management. Strong knowledge of hair care products, hair coloring techniques, and store management practices. Skilled in hair styling, cutting, coloring, hair extensions, and specialized treatments like eyelash extensions and makeup application. Excellent customer service and communication skills to build lasting client relationships. Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously while maintaining a lively and positive attitude.
