• We are looking for a committed, full-time or part-time, gifted Stylist to join the team in Tonics Spa & Salon.
• We offer an opportunity for a career that includes health insurance, 401K, paid vacation in an environment that gives the employee lots of autonomy while providing book building support. In short, we provide as close to booth rental style management without all the administrative headaches of running your own business
• Ideal candidates will be licensed and have at least two years of full-time experience but willing to develop someone with less experience.
• The individual must be client-focused, people-oriented and performance driven.
• Ability and willingness to do nails is a plus
• Candidate should be a talented stylist, have a strong work ethic, and an intense desire to serve and connect with people.
• Candidates must understand that cosmetology in Tonics Spa & Salon is about meeting Cincinnati Sports Club members' needs and retaining memberships while growing their cosmetology business.
