In this role, you will inspire and educate aspiring beauty professionals by delivering engaging, comprehensive training in a variety of esthetic treatments and techniques. Your expertise will help students develop their skills, confidence, and industry knowledge, preparing them for successful careers in the beauty and wellness industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to share your passion for esthetics while fostering a positive learning environment that motivates future professionals to excel. Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom instruction on esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and dermabrasion. Conduct practical demonstrations of advanced techniques such as laser treatments, hair extensions, hair styling, and makeup application. Develop detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and industry best practices. Assess student progress through evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques like trigger point therapy, aesthetic laser treatments, and hair coloring into your teaching modules. Facilitate hands-on training sessions that promote skill mastery in areas such as nail care, hair threading, deep tissue massage, and barbering. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, questions, and professional development. Qualifications Proven experience in esthetics or cosmetology with expertise in facial treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic procedures. Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to esthetic practices and advanced skills in trigger point therapy and dermabrasion. Prior classroom or training experience with the ability to teach adult learners effectively. Familiarity with a broad range of esthetic services including laser treatments, hair styling, hair coloring, nail care, makeup application, and hair extensions. Excellent lesson planning skills with the ability to create engaging curricula that meet educational standards. Certifications or licenses in cosmetology or esthetics are highly preferred. Ability to demonstrate professionalism while fostering an inclusive and motivating learning environment. Join us in shaping the next generation of beauty professionals! This part-time Esthetics Instructor role is for evening classes, Monday•Thursday 4pm•9pm.
