We were voted Rocky River's best barbershop and are looking for someone who can handle clientele with a very outgoing personality and consistent performance. We are committed and dedicated to the growth of our shop and continuing to be one of Cleveland's premier high end barbershops. If you are a like minded individual with the same aspirations we want you. This is a booth rental position with competitive salary potential.

Duties:

• Provide professional barbering and hairstyling services to clients
• Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims according to client preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in workstations and tools
• Educate clients on proper techniques and recommend appropriate products for at-home maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional shop environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in barbering and hairstyling

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license in the state of Ohio.
• Proven experience as a barber/stylist, with expertise in hair cutting, styling, and grooming
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their desired outcomes.
• knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean, hygienic and organized work area/environment, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.

Skills :

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
