Your Responsibilities:

• Perform precision haircuts, including fades, tapers, and classic styles

• Maintain clean work stations and follow all sanitation protocols

• Recommend grooming products to enhance the client experience

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio cosmetology or barber license
• Passion for men's grooming and current trends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Flexible schedule including weekend availability
