Upsell retail products such as hair care items, cosmetics, and accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth salon flow. Mentor new team members and collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or barbering certification as required by local regulations. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling and coloring work. Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Skilled in various techniques including hair extensions, hair coloring, makeup application, nail care, and eyelash extensions. Familiarity with retail sales strategies such as upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities. Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting.
