Utilize salon software like square to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Engage clients through personalized consultations, effective communication of service options, and upselling retail products to enhance their experience. Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and coordinating appointment flow smoothly. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in cosmetology techniques, retail sales strategies, and customer service excellence. Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair care, and barbering techniques. Skilled in retail sales with an understanding of retail math and upselling strategies to increase revenue. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members alike. Certification or licensing in cosmetology or barbering as required by local regulations. Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean salon environment.
