Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Braider to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair braiding techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Braider, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and intricate hairstyles while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. Responsibilities Perform various hair braiding styles, including but not limited to box braids, cornrows, and twists. Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and provide expert recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and braiding techniques. Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere. What We're looking for: Proven experience in hair braiding; cosmetology certification is preferred but not required. A good attitude, reliability, and professionalism Ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs. Strong attention to detail and creativity in hairstyling. Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving trends in the beauty industry. Willingness to be trained A passion for beauty and helping clients look their best.
