In this role, you will be the creative force behind our clients' beauty transformations, delivering expert hair styling, coloring, and grooming services. Your passion for beauty and dedication to exceptional customer service will help clients look and feel their best. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a calming environment where innovation and client satisfaction are at the forefront. As a key team member, you'll also promote retail products, upsell services, and contribute to a welcoming salon atmosphere that encourages client loyalty and growth. Duties Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences and features Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, hand massages, steam treatments and aromatherapy to promote elevated client services through consultation on color theory and face shapeto achieve desired looks Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Use salon software like square for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and processing payments using Square Proficiency in hair styling, barbering , and customer service excellence Experience Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques Knowledge of hair extensions application, color theory, and advanced haircutting skills including barbering techniques Familiarity with salon management software like Square or similar platforms for scheduling and client records Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients about styles, treatments, and product recommendations Experience in retail sales with the ability to upsell products like hair care items, products, or nail care essentials confidently Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual client needs efficiently Join us if you're passionate about transforming looks while delivering outstanding customer service!
