Duties Consult with clients to understand their desired wig styles, colors, and maintenance needs, offering personalized recommendations. Style wigs using various techniques including cutting, curling, straightening, Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all styling procedures, adhering to salon safety protocols. Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms to schedule and track client visits. Assist clients with wig fitting, adjustments, and styling tips to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Upsell complementary products like hair care items, styling tools, and accessories to enhance client experience. Support store management with retail sales, inventory management, and front counter responsibilities as needed Experience Proven experience in hair styling with a strong background in wig customization and styling techniques. Knowledge of hair extensions application, coloring theory, and advanced hair cutting methods such as straight razor work Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members. Certification or training in eyelash extensions are a plus.
