For our residents, this is not just a haircut — it is the highlight of their entire week . We are looking for someone who understands that and treats every appointment with patience, dignity, and kindness.

The Right Stylist Will:

Be licensed and in good standing Have their own liability insurance or be willing to secure it immediately (If this is not possible, please do not apply.) Be friendly, calm, and emotionally intuitive Be comfortable working with residents who may have physical or cognitive impairments Enjoy conversation, connection, and creating trust Be reliable, punctual, and professional
