Men's Grooming Specialist Penn Barber Co. — William Penn Hotel, Downtown Pittsburgh Penn Barber Co. has experienced significant growth, and we're looking for a key individual to join us as we begin our first stage of expansion. We're looking for a skilled men's grooming professional who takes pride in their craft, their appearance, and the experience they provide to every client. The Ideal Candidate Advanced men's grooming skills and a strong technical foundation Professional, polished, and dependable Takes pride in personal presentation and attention to detail Comfortable working in a four-star hotel environment Able to work independently and maintain a high standard without constant supervision Interested in growing professionally and contributing to the continued growth of Penn Barber Co. We've created an environment that places a strong emphasis on professionalism, presentation, and client service. For the right person, it's an opportunity to work in a setting where those qualities are genuinely valued. Approximately 30 hours per week to start, including afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays. Compensation is structured as an hourly guarantee versus commission, whichever is greater.
