Duties Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes using salon management software such as Gloss genius Prepare workstations with necessary tools and supplies for hair styling, coloring. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all areas, including sterilizing tools and implementing proper hygiene protocols. Support stylists and technicians during appointments by passing tools, preparing products, or assisting with retail sales. Manage retail inventory Assist with scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and managing client communication to ensure a seamless experience. Help with basic store management tasks including stock replenishment, organizing supplies for hair services, and supporting overall salon operations. Requirements current cosmetology license in state of Pa Familiarity with hair care techniques including hair coloring, styling, hair extensions, and shampooing. Understanding of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Strong organizational skills to support store management tasks such as stock organization and appointment scheduling. A positive attitude with a passion for customer service and helping clients look and feel their best.
