Upsell retail products such as hair care items or styling tools to support client needs and salon revenue. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence. Experience Proven experience in professional hair braiding with a strong portfolio of diverse styles. Knowledge of hair extensions application techniques and maintenance best practices. Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms. Background in cosmetology or barbering with relevant licensing or certifications preferred. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols essential for maintaining a safe salon environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members. Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and store management is a plus.
