PAID BEAUTY EDUCATOR OPPORTUNITY - DFW

Acts & Aesthetics Group, LLC is seeking a polished, professional and experienced Hair Extension Educator / Demonstration Stylist to collaborate with our growing beauty education platform. This is a paid independent contractor/content project , with the opportunity for ongoing recording projects and future virtual and in-person educational events.

We Are Currently Seeking Expertise In:

K-Tip Extensions Genius Weft Installations I-Tips / Microlinks Nano Bead Extensions Traditional Sew-Ins Seamless/Invisible Weft Techniques Hybrid Extension Techniques Quick Weaves Other advanced hair-extension methods You do not need to specialize in every technique. What You'll Do The selected educator will demonstrate professional hair-extension techniques on a model/mannequin while being recorded for educational content produced by Acts & Aesthetics. Depending on the project, demonstrations may include: Client preparation Proper sectioning Foundation preparation Extension placement Installation technique Blending Cutting and styling Maintenance and removal Common mistakes and troubleshooting Finished 360° transformation Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Highly skilled in their specialty Professional and dependable Comfortable demonstrating techniques on camera Able to explain procedures clearly Patient and education-minded Punctual and responsive Well-presented and able to represent a professional beauty education brand Interested in developing a long-term relationship with a growing company Teaching experience is preferred but not required. Compensation Paid per project. Please submit your requested rate. Compensation will depend on the technique, filming requirements, experience and scope of the project. Additional opportunities may become available for educators selected for recurring collaborations. Content Usage Acts & Aesthetics will professionally produce and brand the final educational content. Before filming, both parties will sign a written agreement addressing compensation and approved usage of the recorded material, including editing, branding, voiceover, paid educational use and promotional excerpts.

Acts & Aesthetics Group, LLC Beauty Education Purpose This is a project-based independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional hourly staff position. Compensation is negotiated per recording project based on the technique, length of demonstration, experience, and project requirements. Initial paid demonstration projects may start at approximately $100, with higher compensation available for complete course recordings and advanced techniques.

Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
