This role requires creativity, technical skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences. Demonstrate expertise in color theory to achieve desired hair colors while ensuring the health of the hair. Perform hair treatments and recommend products for at-home care. Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment. Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, or makeup application to enhance client experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques, including hair extensions and straight razor cuts. Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences for personalized service. Maintain accurate client records regarding services performed and products used. Skills Proficient in various hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of cosmetology principles. Knowledgeable in color theory to create stunning color results tailored to individual clients. Ability to perform eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application as additional services. Strong upselling skills to promote additional services effectively. Excellent sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
