Support stylists with hair styling, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application as needed Maintain salon sanitation standards, including cleaning tools, stations, and common areas Manage retail sales of hair products, skincare items, and accessories through effective upselling techniques and retail math principles Assist with store management tasks such as inventory organization and product display setup Handle front desk duties including appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and client follow-up Support mentoring new team members and contribute to a positive team environment Perform specialized services like hair threading or straight razor grooming under supervision as skill levels develop Educate clients on color theory, hair care routines, and retail product recommendations to enhance their experience Skills Knowledge of hair styling techniques, including color theory and hair extensions application Familiarity with salon software systems such as
