Responsibilities Provide professional haircutting, styling, beard trimming, straight razor shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences. Perform fades shaves, beard trims. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas following health regulations. Manage walkins appointments, client records Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling payments. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in barbering and customer service excellence. Assist with store management tasks when necessary to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members. Demonstrated ability in sanitation practices and maintaining a clean work environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters repeat business.
