Earning Potential:

$20

• 31+ per hour (PLUS cash tips!) We offer a clear growth path + multiple ways to increase your income : Hourly Pay Progression $12.00 starting $12.50 at 6 months $13.00 at 18 months Commission Opportunities 10% on Product + Tool Sales (Products range from $14
• 295 ) 20% on Add-On Services (From $15 enhancements to $25 premium upgrades) $5

Requirements:

Active TN Cosmetology, Braider, or Barber License Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week (Each shift is 8 hours) Must work 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) Key Business Dates aka Blackout Dates (All Hands On Deck ): Valentine's Day CMA Fest (June) CMA Awards (November) Holiday Eves (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve)
