Responsibilities Provide personalized hair care and styling services to clients, including cutting, styling and beard trims Consult with clients to determine desired looks and recommend products or services. Maintain sanitation and safety standards, including tool sterilization and clean workstations. Manage client expectations, upsell services and retail products, and support front desk tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in hair care, styling, cutting and barbering with a strong client service focus. Will train people with a great attitude and desire to learn. Valid cosmetology or barbering license Excellent communication, mentorship, and teamwork skills; reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to client satisfaction

Pay:

$25.00 - $39.00 per hour
