Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and nail or eyelash extension services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise in hair styling, coloring techniques, and salon operations to foster a collaborative environment. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry. Proficiency in salon software like

for appointment management and client communication. Skilled in various hair care techniques including coloring, extensions, makeup application, nail care, and eyelash extensions. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and store management practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs effectively. Experience with retail sales, upselling strategies, retail math, and front desk responsibilities is preferred. Familiarity with color theory, hair styling trends, and advanced grooming techniques such as straight razor shaves is highly desirable.
