• Henderson, TN Ember & Ivy Salon is looking for a full-time licensed Cosmetologist / Hairstylist to join our growing team.

We are an upscale, professional salon focused on providing a beautiful, relaxing, and high-quality experience for every client who walks through our doors. We are currently building a large clientele and continue to grow every week. We also welcome walk-ins, giving the right stylist a great opportunity to build their books inside an active, growing salon. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, motivated, and ready to work full-time. This position is ideal for a stylist who wants to grow, take new clients, and be part of a salon that is building something strong in Henderson.

Services may include:

Women's haircuts, men's haircuts, blowouts, color, highlights, blonding, balayage, gray coverage, root touch-ups, toner/gloss services, treatments, styling, and other hair services depending on experience.

What we are looking for:

A licensed Cosmetologist who is professional, friendly, clean, dependable, and ready to grow. Must have great customer service, take pride in their work, and be willing to help promote their services and build clientele. We are especially looking for someone who is reliable, consistent, and able to work a full-time schedule. Saturday availability is a plus.

Requirements:

Must have a current Tennessee Cosmetology license. Experience is preferred, especially in color, highlights, blonding, gray coverage, and haircutting. Applicants should be able to show examples of their work through photos, social media, or a portfolio if available.

Pay:

Pay is commission-based. The hourly amount shown is an estimated earning range only. Actual weekly earnings depend on services performed, client demand, schedule availability, and the stylist's ability to build and retain clients. We have growing demand for hair services, color, highlights, cuts, and walk-ins, and there is room to grow. Pay details will be discussed during the interview. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing salon and help us continue building something excellent in Henderson.
