If you're passionate about your craft and want to build a loyal clientele in an upbeat, edgy environment, we want to meet you! What You'll Do Perform exceptional barber services including fades, tapers, clipper work, razor services, and beard grooming. Deliver an outstanding guest experience with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism. Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation standards. Work in a fast-paced environment with weekends required. Support the Floyd's culture
  • upbeat, inclusive, energetic, and team-focused.
What You Bring Current Barber License (barbering is a required skill for this role). Strong technical competency in clipper and razor work. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and a positive attitude. Ability to work well in a busy, high-volume shop. Open to working evenings and Sundays.   • 55+ per hour: hourly guarantee
