software. Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development through guidance and support. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and beauty techniques to provide clients with innovative options. Ensure a clean and welcoming salon environment for both clients and staff. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Experience Proven experience as a Stylist Strong understanding of color theory and its application in hairstyling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A passion for mentoring others and contributing positively to the salon culture.
