Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas in accordance with industry regulations. Use salon software such as

to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Provide excellent client communication by understanding their needs, offering professional recommendations, and upselling retail products like hair care items. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, and handling payments with retail math proficiency. Mentor junior team members and assist in store management duties to foster a collaborative and productive environment. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, coloring, and hair care techniques. Knowledge of salon software systems such as

for scheduling and client management. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their beauty goals. Ability to perform specialized services including hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and barbering using straight razors. Deep understanding of sanitation standards and cosmetology regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Familiarity with color theory for customized hair coloring solutions. Retail sales skills including upselling products like hair treatments and retail math to meet sales goals.
