They conduct client consultations to customize styles based on individual preferences and ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building lasting relationships. The role also involves mentoring junior barbers, managing salon operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and staying updated with industry trends. A passion for barbering and a commitment to professional development are essential for success in this position. Qualifications Applicants must have a valid cosmetology or barbering license (TDLR-issued licenses preferred). Proven experience as a barber or stylist (2+ years preferred). Strong cutting, styling, and grooming skills across various hair types. Passionate about customer service with a positive and outgoing attitude.
