for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations thoroughly after each client. Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling to enhance client satisfaction. Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently. Mentor junior staff or apprentices by sharing techniques in hair styling. Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices. Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in styling Proficiency with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms Excellent communication skills to connect with clients confidently and clearly explain service options. Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
