Hair Stylist / Barber

Job Summary:

We are seeking talented and passionate Barber/Stylists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology and barbering, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, styling, and additional services, ensuring that each client leaves feeling their best.

Responsibilities:

 Provide a variety of barber services including cutting, shaving, skin care, waxing, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.  Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.  Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.  Upsell products and services to clients, contributing to retail sales goals.  Assist in store operation tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the salon.  Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up. Experience  Proven experience in cosmetology or barbering is required; certification or license is a must.  Strong customer service skills.  Strong interpersonal skills and Confidence.  Ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele.  Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is an advantage.  Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
