10 premium barber chairs — space for you to thrive 2 wash stations for full-service experiences Upscale waiting area for client comfort and ambiance Squire system for streamlined appointments and walk-ins Walk-ins + appointments to help grow your clientele quickly Professional uniforms provided You bring your tools — we supply the liquids Compensation Options (Choose What Fits You)Option 1: Commission (for barbers looking to grow clientele and income) 60% commission to you | 40% to the shop Expected weekly average take-home income: $1,700-$2,100+ Plus 100% of your tips Option 2: Booth Rent (for established barbers with clients looking for a professional environment) Booth rent starting at $350/week Booth rent is reassessed every 6 months, with a base increase of $25 to weekly rent Commission & Incentives (Commission Barbers)Base Commission Competitive weekly percentage Performance Bonuses (Weekly Gross Sales) $2,500+ → 63% commission $3,000+ → 66% commission $3,500+ → 70% commission Tenure Incentive Earn an additional 3% yearly commission increase for every full year of service with us. Work Requirements We are open 6 days a week Barbers must work 5 days per week Day off will be assigned based on management scheduling 45-hour minimum weekly requirement
