  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber/Stylist, you will have the opportunity to create unique looks for clients while building lasting relationships in a friendly and professional environment. Responsibilities Provide high-quality haircuts, color services, and styling for clients of all ages. Demonstrate expertise in barbering techniques, including straight razor shaves. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools. Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments using
MINDBODY
software. Assist in retail sales by recommending hair care products that meet client needs. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and nail care. Experience Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a valid cosmetology or barbering license. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
