Requirements Valid Texas Cosmetology License. MUST have a minimum of 2-3 years of professional hairstyling experience. Weekend availability (required). Strong skills in haircuts, color, styling, and treatments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments. Deliver outstanding customer service while building lasting relationships with clients. Maintain a clean, organized salon and follow all sanitation and safety standards. Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and answering client inquiries. Help create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for both clients and team members. Encourage repeat business through exceptional service and client satisfaction.
