Full-time experienced stylists looking to build a long-term home Part-time experienced stylists who can support our busiest days, especially weekends, with optional growth into more Makeup experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

Hourly base pay + tips Commissions + performance bonuses Membership, retail, and add-on incentives Total earning potential: $19.50

00+ per hour Income grows through booking makeup services, performing extension services, keratin treatments, premium add-ons and retail, and membership production. You are busy from day one with members, repeat guests, and new clients — no need to build your own book.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional blowouts and styles within appointment times Provide outstanding guest service at every visit Educate guests on products, upgrades, and memberships Participate in training and continued skill development Support teammates and the overall salon flow Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace

REQUIREMENTS

Current Texas Cosmetology License Professional salon experience required; must be confident performing blowouts and styling on clients Weekend availability required Sunday availability is important. Flexible shift options include 10-3, 11-4, 12-5, or 1-6. Additional hours may be available for those who want longer Sunday shifts, especially part-time stylists.
