Perform advanced hair coloring techniques utilizing color theory principles to achieve vibrant or subtle results. Apply hair extensions and utilize various hair care products to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations in accordance with industry regulations. Use salon management software such as Vagaro to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring a welcoming experience. Upsell retail products like hair care items and styling tools through effective communication and product knowledge. Mentor junior stylists and team members to foster a collaborative and skillful environment. Stay current with industry trends in hair coloring, styling techniques, barbering including straight razor shaves, and hair threading. Assist in store management tasks when needed, including inventory control and retail math calculations to meet sales goals. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a licensed cosmetologist or barber with a strong portfolio of diverse styling work.
